45-minute monthly interview. You write nothing.

We get plenty of free trials. Almost nobody converts. If you were me, what would you look at first?

Jordan Reyes YouFounder, Northbeam · 1h

Split trial users by the job they came to do, then look at who reached the first useful outcome. Logins alone won’t tell you where the trial is breaking.

A buyer asks a question. Your reply, with your name attached, appears underneath.

Again. And again.

Your buyers are already talking about problems you understand. We add something worth reading, with your name attached.

Renewal day overwhelmed our webhook endpoint. More retries just made it worse. Anyone been here?

Jordan Reyes YouFounder, Northbeam · 2h

Validate and queue the event before acknowledging it. Move billing work to a worker, with concurrency your database can handle.

Marcus Hale@marcushale · 5h

Same Stripe event, delivered twice. Our business logic ran twice too. Fun Friday.

Jordan Reyes You@jordanreyes · 4h

Track the event IDs you’ve processed. Make the business action idempotent too, so a retry doesn’t repeat the work.

u/sasha_buildsr/SaaS · 8h

Our Stripe invoice event arrived before the subscription event. Is that normal or is something broken on our side?

Jordan Reyes Youu/jordanreyes · 7h

Stripe doesn’t guarantee event order. Fetch missing objects from the API, and test your handler with deliveries deliberately shuffled.

You’re trusting us
with your name.

Talk it through with us
Why wouldn’t I just automate this with Claude?

You can. You’d still own the research, accuracy, editing, publishing, and daily engagement. With us, that’s our job. You bring the expertise. We handle the work.

How do I know this won’t be generic AI content?

We build from what you actually know: your interview, your product, your examples, and the questions your buyers ask. We check the details and ask when context is missing. If a reply doesn’t add anything useful, it doesn’t belong under your name.

How involved do I need to be?

One 45-minute conversation a month. No preparation, and you write nothing. Review content before it goes out, or leave publishing to us. We agree on your voice, topics, and boundaries at the start.

Are you just commenting everywhere?

No. We find conversations that matter to your buyers and contribute something specific: an answer, an example, or a practical next step. Repeated exposure only helps if people are glad you showed up.

Which platforms do you work on?

We work where your buyers spend time. LinkedIn, X, and Reddit are common starting points. We can adapt to other relevant platforms and communities. We agree on the channels and accounts with you.

When can we start, and how long am I committing?

We aim to have your first content live in week two, after the interview and setup. You can cancel any month.
